Our culinary team is made mainly of local women from the village.

The menus are created daily depending on the fresh produce bought from the local market on that same day. In addition to these, our chef uses vegetables from our very own garden to provide you with delicious, balanced and eco-friendly homemade meals. You can also eat at the bar where healthy sandwiches and cookies are available throughout the day.

The restaurant offers two traditional buffets every week:

We serve local specialities of Aglasun on Fridays and a selection of grilled meats and typical Turkish dishes cooked with olive oil on Saturdays.

As for our mouth-watering breakfast buffet, it will most definitely please all kinds of taste buds with its variety. On Sundays, we combine it with lunch and offer you a brunch. After all, is there anything more enjoyable than starting the day with a swim in the pool, followed by a delicious late breakfast?

And if the thought of all this food makes you worry about your waistline, rest assured that all our guests return home refreshed and in form thanks to our healthy cooking methods, the sport activities we offer and the fresh air of the mountains.
